One improvement that couldbe made is to state in all correspondence the time od the appointment and the time allocated for the service.

Initiated by BMW. Difficult to arrange. Nothing needed doing. Ultimately a waste of three hours of my time. This is the second time I have completed feedback for this episode. A further waste of my time.

I had to waste time booking my car in and leaving it for a day when clearly this was a waste of time. Having had new BMWs for the past 10 years I will seriuosly rethink my choice next time. Vertu does not appear to value its customers.

Only issue was original invoice. Agreed £114/tyre but invoice was for £127/tyre. This was however rectified. Service price invoiced was also a lot higher than BMW app price, although again this was reduced. Therefore final invoice was correct

Whilst I was annoyed and dismayed that the job was not covered as part of my leasing arrangement, I couldn't fault the repair.

Happy with the work carried out just the small issue of not updating the idrive when the car was with the service centre. Saying that when I went in to get this sorted it was done quickly. Many thanks Holly.

A nice welcome on arrival, helpful and friendly staff and MOT done efficiently in time alloted with complimentary wash which was good. Nice touch was being escorted to the door on leaving. Sometimes it's difficult to find anywhere to park on arrival
