I had to waste time booking my car in and leaving it for a day when clearly this was a waste of time. Having had new BMWs for the past 10 years I will seriuosly rethink my choice next time. Vertu does not appear to value its customers.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. I travel from London in preference to using my local BMW centre where staff are disorganised and frankly clueless.

Only issue was original invoice. Agreed £114/tyre but invoice was for £127/tyre. This was however rectified. Service price invoiced was also a lot higher than BMW app price, although again this was reduced. Therefore final invoice was correct

Whilst I was annoyed and dismayed that the job was not covered as part of my leasing arrangement, I couldn't fault the repair.

Happy with the work carried out just the small issue of not updating the idrive when the car was with the service centre. Saying that when I went in to get this sorted it was done quickly. Many thanks Holly.

I was offered an express 2hr service but the bar still was not ready after 3 hours. On check in I was told there recall notices but they would have to book it in for January. I booked the appointment over 3 months ahead-why was I not told before?

When checking vehicle in I asked if it would be possible to have vehicle ready around lunchtime. Adam, the service advisor, said he would try his best and let me know if any delays - he did just that and car was ready for 1.30pm

I was well looked after at each stage . Although I felt the cost of an oil change was high I was pleased to be offered the interest free payment option . The cleaning and interior valeting included in price was appreciated by me

I went in to get my break pads changed I was informed that Along with pads plates will be changed too which I happily agreed to. But the Squeaky noice can still be heard at times - but not too loud. But i can still hear it on pressing Breaks.

The garage said they wanted the car all day when the work only took max of 3 hrs. I would have liked the garage to allocate a narrower window eg morning or afternoon to be more convinient for me,NOT the garage.

I have given 4 starts because the service light/ warning wasn't reset so I will need to go back at some point. Holly was great as she always is and my car was ready way ahead of schedule including doing the MOT so thank you .

All work carried out to time. Detailed notification of items requiring attention. An improvement from Westerly service experience. Both Adam and Holly were very efficient with administration and Adam showed a detailed knowledge of servicing process.

Slightly concerned that the wrong milage was put on the paperwork. Not 77000 miles. 49820 miles is the correct mileage.
